Resale Policy of Green Leaf Foods, LLC, Raw Wraps® Products
Eligibility:
Green Leaf Foods., and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (referred to as "Green Leaf Foods", "we" or "us") only sells its Products to food distributors, grocery resellers, restaurants, delis, food service establishments, vitamin stores and other retail outlets, and licensed health care professionals for direct resale to their patients. We reserve the right to approve and remove any wholesale account for any reason without advance notice.
Selling Online:
All wholesalers are expressly prohibited from reselling Raw Wraps via any third-party-facilitated retail or auction website such as eBay, Amazon.com, NexTag.com, PriceGrabber.com, Shopzilla.com, Best-Price.com or similar websites. You may however sell on a website that you own. If you are selling online you must select “online grocery” as the type of reseller account in the wholesale application. We must know the website address of your online store/s. You cannot resell to a customer or any entity who will sell on a third party website. Wholesalers are not able to take product information (images/description/etc) from an existing online listing or from Green Leaf Foods websites (GreenLeafFoods.com or RawWraps.org) without prior written consent of the person who created the original listing and/or images. Contact us at bchappell@greenleaffood.com for permission and images. Wholesalers in Violation with this agreement will have their account terminated and potential legal action taken for damages.
Any images of Raw Wraps must be approved by the Wholesale Department prior to use. If a wholesaler is using an unauthorized image or using Raw Wraps images without permission, the wholesale account will be made inactive. Contact Brandy at BChappell@greenleaffood.com to obtain permission and images.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks, and money orders. If ordering with a credit card, wholesalers will be required to fill out our credit card authorization form before ordering.
We do not give terms. Payment is expected at the time of order.

Checks may require up to 14 days for the check to clear. Once the check has cleared, products will be shipped.
In most cases, wholesale items are not refundable except for manufacturer's defect. Wholesalers should have their own return policy as Green Leaf Foods is not responsible for the wholesale customer's returns for any reason other than manufacturer's defect. Do not have customers contact Green Leaf Foods directly.
Call (305) 546-2661 with all return inquiries. Merchandise must be unopened and in saleable condition. The wholesaler is responsible for shipping and handling fees of original purchase if not defective as well as return shipping. Items returned for any reason other than Green Leaf Foods error or manufacturer's defect will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
In cases of damage or manufacturer's defect to the product, please send photos to customerservice@greenleaffood.com for review. Do not return any damaged or defective item without return instructions or authorization. We will inspect the photos and handle returns and refunds accordingly. If you have violated the terms of this agreement and can no longer sell the product we may buy it back at a discount. Call Fernando to discuss your options, 305-546-2661.
Once an order is placed, additional products cannot be added to the order. Once it is processed, an order cannot be cancelled. If an order is cancelled after the items have been shipped out, the wholesaler will be responsible for shipping the products to Green Leaf Foods for a refund. We will not accept returns on unopened cases older than 14 days from the time the order was placed.
All United States orders are shipped by FedEx Ground unless faster shipping is requested. All P.O. Box addresses within the United States will be shipped by USPS. International orders can be shipped by DHL. Green Leaf Foods is not responsible for delayed time due to customs or customs fees and charges. Please contact your local postal office or Customs Office regarding their regulations BEFORE an order is placed. We are a United States company and all orders are shipped from the USA. Any orders returned to Green Leaf Foods will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees as well as any other fees associated with the return.
Any wholesaler failing to comply with this policy will face immediate termination of their account and/or further legal action. Green Leaf Foods reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
By making an online purchase you submit that you agree and will abide by the rules set forth in this document.
